By consigning your products with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
PRODUCT LISTING AND PRICING:
Accurate Information: All product information provided by the consignor must be accurate and complete.
Pricing: The consignor proposes a desired selling price for their product. Go Luxury India will add a convenience fee, service fee, GST, and its margin to determine the final listed price.
Product Listing: Once approved, the product will be listed on our website without requiring the physical product to be sent to us initially.
PRODUCT SHIPMENT AND VERIFICATION:
Shipment: Upon sale of a consigned product, the consignor is responsible for shipping the item to our Gurgaon warehouse within two days.
Authentication: All products undergo a rigorous authentication process by our in-house experts and using the 'Legit App'.
Product Condition: If the product's condition doesn't match the description provided, a fine of Rs. 2000 will be imposed on the consignor and the product will be sent back to the consigner.
Product Restoration: If the product requires restoration, the consignor will be responsible for the costs after deliberating with the consignor.
PAYMENT AND FEES:
Consignor Payout: After successful authentication and delivery to the buyer, the consignor will receive their payout within 7 working days.
Fees: Go Luxury India charges a variable commission on the final sale price, along with a service fee and GST.
Authentication Failure: If a product fails authentication, a fine of Rs. 5000 will be charged to the consignor and the product will only be shipped back to the consigner after the fees is paid.
Shipping Costs: The consignor is responsible for shipping costs incurred for sending the product to our warehouse and any return shipping costs if necessary.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items: If a product arrives damaged, the consignor is responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
GENERAL TERMS:
Go Luxury India reserves the right to refuse any product for consignment.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items during shipping.
Consignors agree to indemnify Go Luxury India from any claims or liabilities arising from the sale of their products.
